About Me:
A 44 year old divorcee, who enjoys NASCAR, football and skydiving. My domain, has several sites- One is about my greatest passion - Fibromyalgia, where I offer resources for FM/CFS sufferers as well as a support forum and blog. I just put together a new NASCAR shopping site and have had a very successful, but seasonal, "Personalized Letter From Santa" site for three years. I have worked in internet marketing now for about five years and am still looking for that one perfect niche.

My Passion: Fighting a Disease for Which There is No Cure or Effective Treatment

My main website is about Fibromyalgia and CFS. I have struggled with these autoimmune disorders for 15 years, being told I was crazy, then being told they didn't know what it was, being misdiagnosed as having MS and then finally in 2004 being diagnosed correctly. The kicker? There is no cure and there is no known effective treatment. So, I started a website to help others who, like myself, are on a journey to get dianosed, treat and defeat FM/CFS. I have always worked and worked hard, in retail management, the USAF as an Air Traffic Controller, a wedding and custom cake decorator/bakery manager - until October 2007 when I could no longer get out of bed to go to work and filed for disability. Believe it or not, I received approval within only 4 months! Now, I plan to continue my work helping others with FM/CFS. The Challenges of Monetizing An "Information" Site

hello tammy,

i visited your site and read your blog, nice one! you will be successful. many successful people in the world have some kind of "disability", same thing that gives them strength, passion and determination, like this story in my blog. i, myself, is a self-proclaimed "bi-polar". for here in my country, you only go to a psychiatrist if you are a serious mental patient. to submit yourself for behavioral diagnosis is not normally done. it is like "deal with it"...yeah, until you finally commit suicide. LOL!

but seriously, it is not easy. but i continue to try to live life each day. you are a strong woman! God is all knowing...He will reward all our labors!
